Which MMO has the best RP?

I am curious since in WAR you cant even sit yet.  Anyone know which game has a high concentration of RP'rs or are there none?

    The best role playing community by far is in Magic of the Gods. It's the only game I've ever played where EVERYONE is in-character doing role playing ALL THE TIME. Of course, they don't have all that many players so this probably won't last, but that's how it is now.

    I'm surprised to see Ryzom mentioned.

    I've been playing for a month now, and although I think the community is very good, I am yet to meet anyone at all that is Roleplaying. I guess they must be hiding in the higher levels.

    I enjoyed some good roleplaying on the AoC European RP server, until the game became to painful and I left.

    There was lots of RP in EQ2, but again the game didn't capture my interest.

    EQ2 provides a lot of RP facilities, but they arent used anymore

    Ultima online all the way. There are many hardcore RP private shards out there, where every day's experience brings something new and refreshing. With the graphics update some months ago, the graphics is now bearable, too :) (I loved it even with the old graphics, if they actually supported high resolutions, id be playing it even now)

    Back when I was playing it, the second-highest population on City of Heroes was on it's unofficial RP server, Virtue.  It was a surprisingly interesting and diverse community.
