if you want to have fun in this game *DONT* roll on a low pop server

you will regret it big time....
1-2 hour long queues for scenarios
zero Open rvr outside the empire/chaos paring
you will have to skip a LARGE majory of PQ's simply because no other players are around to do them with you
this game more than any other MMO ive ever played...your fun = what server you pick...
go for a med pop server at the VERY least
Mythic talked about ways to insure a even spread of the population but the only thing ive seen is a little pop up box saying PLEASE ROLL ON THIS SERVER !.....From the way they talked in interviews i really thought they had more ideas than that.
22 Low population order servers during launch weekend prime time Saturday. avoid every single one of them, or you wont even make it past your free month
before i quit i tried a high pop server with the shortest queue and im GLAD i did...the game is a complete blast now....
TLDR: low pop servers are very very boring in this game

Low populated servers is ok - Just dont roll Order on those servers.

Did that already, got my butt kicked by Destruction.
I'm re rolling on another server.
It's a good idea, the little message that pops up when you go to choose a server "Order needs players on XYZ server, do you accept?"
But don't fall for it.
I can see that being a problem, everything in the game seems to be designed for group play. I'm interested to see how things are a few months down the road.The lower tier zones might be a very boring place to be if sales drop off at any point. The design basically needs wow like sales (long term) otherwise the new player experience isn't going to be a very good one. Especially considering they designed the game to discourage twinking.

Wuss. I hate people who wana go on the winning side just for the sake of winning. On Azazel T2 and above Order friggin owns destruction. Screw everyone who knows about the imbalance of order and destruction and goes destruction
Actually the pop up says that a few servers have been cloned to other servers so there is no reason for many to reroll.
This is the first MMO i've ever played that actually clones characters from one server to another to adjust server pops.
Now if people actually took advantage of them then the pops would be better. Also rerolling to another faction because the one you originally chose had fewer players only adds to the pop imbalance.
So...
If you reroll to get on the side of the winning team then shame on you. You also have no right to complain as you're contributing to the pop inbalance.
But dont roll on one with a 300 waiting line either, they are all filling up. I have already rolled a 13 then just deleted and started over. found my home now and I am VERY happy with this game, cant put it down.
