A banning we will go, a banning we will go Mark Jacob's blog re: his feelings about gold farmers. I hope they impliment some passive tools that will hinder the spam. I swear last night I got hit up about a dozen times within an hour. At first from the same person, but after that it looks like they switched to another character.
I like CoH global chat ignore and ease to report a gold spammer.

My guild and I got some of those msg's, I only have one word for WAR. AWESOME
There are already features that you can use, look under the social panel; I think is where i had seen them. The combination of the three options makes you completely invisible to any and all searches.

The biggest problem with gold spammers is they make mony from it. If people didn't buy gold, there would be no spammers.

Baning gold spammers, great idea!
I just hope they have a better detection system for baning, I recently got permenantly banned from WoW for no discernable reason. I think WAR could be my last mmo if that happens again.

Since saturday night they banned over 400 :O damn,
but when they say ban i assume they mean character ban. thats not enough they need to ban the whole account make them loose money they wont like that and doubt they will come back.
Gold isnt a big deal in war atm anyway, i can see epic items hitting very high prices cause i dont see any money sinks.
