Voyage Centery VS. Bounty Bay

Does anyone happen to know the difference here aside from one being P2P and the other free with item mall. Also can I have people opinion of which is better, with some reasons?

    They're one and the same, Voyage Century is Global and Bounty Bay is Europe.

    When we get back from where we are going, we will return to where we were. I know people there!
