Here it is November already
The 2nd week no less and stil no word on the beta. Still no US publisher. Still, nary a magazine or webzine reviewer in sight that has actually seen and played the game......
And they continue to say this game is coming out this year?
I am still waiting for proof that this game actually exists besides a few screen shots or videos. I guess no one will know until they actually do release it, whenever that will be.....

dont shit your pants. just be patient and wait for the game to come out. so if there is no US publisher can you still buy the EU version and play?
There will be digital dl so yes they have not say you can´t.
But i gues when about 150k people buy game there will be asap a US server im almost surten of that.
The server provider is a US company with serveral server centres across US.
They have only 1 in europe germany.
Games played:AC1-Darktide'99-2000-AC2-Darktide/dawnsong2003-2005,Lineage2-2005-2006 and now Darkfall-2009.....
In between WoW few months AoC few months and some f2p also all very short few weeks.
When was the latest batch of screen shots released?
When were the latest videos released?
When was the newest gameplay information released?
What's the latest word from the developers on the state of Darkfall?
Some links to this information or at least a nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Everything I've found online, in the MMORPG.com stickies, and at the Darkfall official site is five or six months old at the youngest.
That's the problem with you people. You claim some fabled evidence exists, but can never manage to actually produce it.

My Google-fu skills are excellent, actually. It's just that these new videos don't appear to actually exist.
It's Darkfall zealots who need to improve their Google-fu skills, because the burden of proof rests on you. It is scientifically impossible to prove that something doesn't exist, but it's quite possible to prove that something DOES exist.
I have yet to see any Darkfall zealot post a link to new material in any of these recent threads. And I doubt any of you will, since the best you can manage is "its there u idiots lol" and "search and google rofl".

Such disrespect to curious people. Im often times suprised at how much the fans will tout this game, but then turn around and disrespect interested players. I dont think its going to be the trolls the put people off of this game, its going to be the 'kkthxbai' attitude that the card carrying fans have.
Personally Im an on the fence skeptic, however were I a hardcore fan, Id greet questions and inquiries with open arms, not the attitudes that Ive seen around here.

See it's his general attitude that I have a problem with. It's not like he came here respectfully requesting some links, he came here with a bit of troll in his tone and had the audacity to say the burden of th eproof rests on us..

I got the inkling one evening, and sorted through a lot of the old information out there, which included a lot of things Tasos has said. The man in genius, he can say something and make it lead the reader exactly where the reader wants to go. The power of inference. Dont underestimate it.
The joke is, when Tasos does say or infer something is going to happen the fanbois jump on it, become all gloaty and swoony, but then when it proves to be another false dawn, it's 'oh well, they never actually said it would happen.' Tasos has them for fools.

If you spent the same amount of time making and responding in this thread as you did looking for the threads in this forum.....or better yet....looking for the thread in the news section on the official site you would be able to find it very very easily.
