Ok guys, I figured out the french website from page 5 of this thread. It does work for giving keys.
Where it asks you a question, where it says mondes persistante? just copy that and paste it into the box below, it's their version of a captcha, i guess to prevent bots from registering.
after that confirm your account via the auto email, log back into the page, click the button at the bottom and it spits out a beta key.

Why is asking someone for a key rude? You were just lucky enough to get invited to the beta.
And to get invited, you had to register for the beta. So in a way, you also asked for a key.....
