Man i cant wait for this game , i love the suikoden series ive played all 3 of them and beaten them all , great story , fun strategy war battles and a huge cast of characters to play with.

    I've only played the third one, but every minute of it kicked ass. Great story, great characters, and most importantly great gameplay. Even though the mobs were extremely stupid and the sound was pretty shitty(as far as I can remember), Suikoden III was a great game.

    When is Suikoden IV coming out in the states?

    Its coming out this january ::::20:: Suikoden III was definetly a good game but 2 is best imo you might wanna try it (just download ISO for free lol) the first one has many many problems that were fixed in 2 so im not too sure you wanna try 1 although 2 is sortve 1s continuation story wise but its made so you wont be really lost with the story , although some times you might be thinkin ''wtf who is this guy??'' when he was a big role in 1.

    but what sucks is that there taking out the ''Unite'' system in IV , but thers still 108 playable characters.

    hmmmmmm always wanted to try one of these game buts they never get released in the uk......maybe i should import it.

    I keep mixing up Suikoden with Seiken Densetsu, all these Japanese names sound the same.

    Suikoden is a great game, but it doesn't come close to Seiken Densetsu.
    Shame it was never officialy translated into English, it would have gotten a seat of honor next to Chrono Trigger ::::02::
