New players should have no issues earning ISK for their needs.
A week old char can make 3M/hour by ratting. That's 2xtimes more than his ratting ship is worth.
Just my 2 cents...
And what kind of ratting ship would that be? and what kind of ratting? missions/belt/0.0? Enlighten us
