    How are the player numbers now since the game is free ? Are there a lot more people or just slightly more ?

    I think NWN was the killer for DDO.



    I liked Guild Wars class/skill setup - primary/secondary class and you pick the skill set of 8 skills you want to take out on each adventure.

     



     

    I like GW because it made you pick the skills you were going to use but you had a larger set of skills available if you wanted to pick something else for a different adeventure. More skills meant more diversity and that meant more builds that could do things that others of the same class could not.

    NWN not only is not the DDO killer,DDO is fine it just has a small population, the two are nothing alike. DDO is definately worth the money.

           have they announced a final date yet?? I thought I heard end of January 2009 but I am not sure..... I wouldnt have any interest if it is closing in 3-4 weeks.......
