Housing /Guild halls the best !

Just wondering what everyone thought was the best game with either housing or guild halls or the like ? now these should have a reason for being like travel portals or crafting for the guild and maybe be like small cities for the guild to use or in personal housing let you decorate it and stores . Plus have many different kinds to upgrade to if you need more space ? what is your pick ?

It was Star Wars Galaxies, but Shadowbane had very good guild castles, and Vanguard has nice housing and guild halls.

Yeah I'd have to say that SWG had some very kick-ass housing. That is until that fatefull day that I logged in {this was during launch months} and not only my house, friends houses and our field of harvesters had been covered up by a mountain that meraculously appeared there after an update!
Course $ony denied it {well the GMs did and wouldn't give us our stuff back} yeah we quit!
I would say UO had the best player housing, Vanguard would be a close second.
For guildhalls I would say Vanguard's looked the best followed by EQ2. But as far as usefullness I would say EQ followed by EQ2.

Lineage 2 for clan housing...whether its a hall you had to farm a ridiculous amount of money for, or a castle you won through PvP that gives you taxes and special rewards.
