i learned my lesson from pre-ordering thanks to age of conan. that is something i probably will never do again. i may consider it for SW:TOR but we shall see. im going to wait a month or so and see what happens to darkfall and make a judgement to get it then or not.
Anyone know what the status is on them having north american servers?

Well, I tried to and got the confirmation email but it doesn't say I have when I check the pre-order page. And my card hasn't been charged or noticed of a pending charge yet so who knows if their POS system actually have me registered as pre-ordering.
i think the website is just overloaded, because i had it load for me once and but internet explorer failed... trying on firefox now lol.

good for them, I know everyone bashes on them for changing their minds on pre-ordering but I think with all the attention this game has gotten they probably had to change to account for all the people wanting to try it.

I am trying, have been sence the site came online... i have registered and put in my CC info, but with over 4k peeps hitting over and over, OMG... and I know it is more than that as my reg. id was over 12k....
I too should have learned from AoC, as i have not played it sence the 2nd month, and the box just sits here, but WTH, why not!!!

I did, but after reading about the way skills are handled and the macro craze that is sure to happen (and bring this game into F2P cheater status), I may end up really regretting my decision.. But I am an open book and I try many games before making a decision of whether it was a good choice or not..
Hopefully they change the way at least combat skills are raised..
So after pre-ordering, do you get to play the game right away, or have to wait until Feb 25th?
