Graphics Problem

Hey guys non tech kinda guy here needs some help. I log into the game and the screen is covered with lines and triangles. Can't see anything.  I have an ati radeon hd 2400 xt card..... is that compatable ? If it is anyone know how to fix it ? Thanks in advance

    any recc on a cheap card that will work ?

    AMD phenom 9600 quad core , 3 gig ram .

    check if you got the latest driver.

    allow the application to control settings.....forcing high quality settings can do goofy things

    drivers are all up to date....still have the same problem
