Quickie Munchie Recipe - For When You Really Need it!

OK. When the munchies hit, I have just the thing...and as my friends and roomie always say..."OMG this stuff is the bomb!"
Kristi's Magnifico Quickie Taco Caserole!
Ingredients:
One pound of ground beef.
One large bag of Taco Chips - preferably made of yellow corn - round chips!
One jar of Spaghetti Sauce - Ragu Original works best.
Half a white onion.
One can of kidney beans <<< make sure they are cooked all ready.
One can of corn.
Two packs of taco seasoning - you choose how hot. I normally go with medium.
OK brown the ground beef - drain off access oil.
Chop the onion into small pieces.
Pour contents of spaghetti sauce into large pan. Set burner to low.
Add onions, corn, and kidney beans and the now browned ground beef.
Add Taco seasoning.
Mix well.
Take the now empty jar of spaghetti sauce and fill it halfway with water and add to large pan. Mix well. The contents of the pan should be a little thin...not to thin...but not thick either.
OK...take the bag of taco chips and start putting them in the pan with the mix, breaking them up as you add them. Crunch them into the mix and stir it all up. It'll take anywhere from half the bag to 3/4 of the bag of chips to make the dish complete.
Do not leave the burner on for more than say 10 minutes. Just make sure the stuff is fairly warm to hot when served.
Dish up into bowls or put on a plate. Add shredded cheese, sour cream and if you likesome zesty guacamole. If you like you can even add some hot sauce to spice it up even more - I like Tapatio Salsa Picante myself.

Thank you for this insight, I love gettin a little crazy and experimenting with new foods when im zooted and got them killer munchies.
I normally go for breakfast type foods when i've got those good munchies goin. I make some killer omlets, breakfast sandwhiches, etc. Oh, and all them different types of pancakes! mm mm tasty.

Dude...pancakes are my speciality. Seriously...I make killer pancakes. OMG...want to know how good they are? I like pizza burgers. Take two really thin hamburger patties then put chease, pizza seasoning, and whatever ontop of one and use the second to close and seal all the yumminess inside.
