This is month old news. Hanbitsoft has been working on hellgate london for quite awhile now. HOWEVER!!
There is no talk about opening up EU/US servers. Anything regarding this is pure speculation. NAMCO still owns the distribution rights to HGL in the US and for all intent and purposes the game is dead here.
Only good if you're Korean or have a Korean who would make an account for you. The game is up and running. I never played the English version though, so I was fairly lost in it.
