Server choices for Australians?

Mainly directing this post at Australians that play on either Pacific or Mountain server zones in order to obtain a better ping.. im just wondering what server other Aussies out there will be playing on release? Aparently the pac/mount servers are all in the same data center therefor if u join a lower pop server you may have a better ping than a higher population.. So what about you guys? can you bare the more harsh pings in comparison with a larger community? or would you prefer to play a smaller server in order to obtain a better ping?
I played pac server 32 with 400+ ms if im lucky (usually a large amount of packetloss also). I'm from Tasmania Australia on 512k ADSL 400+ms is incredibly horrible i ping around the 200's to the Ultima Online servers. The local server for Ultima Online (Oceania) based in melbourne, i ping around the sub 55ms mark.
Any suggestions for play/server choice would be good also.. i even messaged a Game Master about this issue! hehe
if you don't know 400ms, is a GREAT disadvantage (it means we get stuff around 0.4 of a second later than the server) when it comes to PVP and even PVM its sad =(
but yes, this does mean us aussies have more skill than you yanks 
rofl (playing with hardcore pings such as this) :P
If anyone knows the server addresses so i can pingtime them from dos that'd be sweet and a great use to me! Thanks guys

First off, the supposed unofficial servers for aussies are.
Pacific Server 8 for PVE or PVM
Pacific Server 9 for PVP.
At least thats what there trying to push on aussiegamers.net, and i certainly saw and meet a lot of aussies on Test 9 in OB.
Normally id say an Australian server wasnt economically justificable for most MMO's but Warcraft will be an exception. Just to give you an idea. All australian EB stores have presold all there collector's editions copies so i was told, and the standard version is going fast. I cant remember that ever happening with an MMO in Australia. Most of the time you got the feeling the sales stuff would be willing to PAY ME to get that MMO box of the shelf!!. You will see unprecidented numbers of Australians playing this game, i have no doubt about that, and as a result i think Blizzard could easily justify 1 pvp and 1 pve server for the australiasian region as a whole (Australia, N.Z, Pacific Islands, Indonesia etc)
I wouldnt be surprised to see Blizzard do just that a few months after release.
