should i get a new account, or keep my friends

basicly, after losing my account..a friend is letting me use theres, but im abit paranoid..that after awhile he'd want to play again so i'd lose the time, cause im not the kind of asshole to just say no, after he gave it to me....he forgot the secret question and all that..so i could only change the password..so, i was wondering..should i keep this account, or just spend 15 extra bucks and buy the battlechest?

buy a new one, save yourself from anykind of unwanted BS that could happen if your friend wanted to play again
Officially if your friend let blizz knows you are using his account, that account will be automatically banned. Technically, only one minor in your immediately family living with you can share your account. Not even your wife.
That said, family members or even friend do share, and well just don't get identified and reported to bllizz.
The real issue is, it is impossible to transfer a character from that account later on, to your account, as character transfers are limited to accounts cleared belonging to the same physical person. If you friend wants his account back, AND you have a character there you love, be it for fame, level, gear or what, you are in trouble.
A WoW account does not cost much. On the other note, if you lose your account due to hacking, it is possible to get it back. Talk to their GM or their accounts rep. It will be a 2 week ordeal, but you might get back everything, including those the hacker sold or stolen. I have that once, and I swear I will never be careless with my passwords no more. Don't trust people who appears to be friendly, do not log on your notebook when suspiciously friendly people are hanging around.

In other words there's no way for you to be certain you can keep the account even if you said no
well..currently, i only have a level 13 pally, 10 preist, and 10 warlock..nothing i cant get back in a few days...even less time, if i say...found someone to send me a recruit a friend thing. which..since i know im going to buy it, in june if i cant spare the cash next month. so..yea.

yeah, those three toons are a grand total of like, eight hours of play. i was thinking you had like a 70+ or something, ya know, that'd take a while to get back... just buy the game. Heck, get someone to RAF you and vanilla is the cost of the sub... upgrade later if you still like it
yea, nothing like that..my old account had an 80. which is why im alittle pissed i lost it. and i -know- i like wow...so, im planning on getting WOTLK again as well, ya know. so itll run me about 70..80 bucks

I did you lose your account? Were you banned by Blizzard?
Get a new game. The original WoW plus BC package is so much cheaper now. Also what happens when your friend wants to play but the account is being hack due to trojan and he loose all his gold? He will think you've done something wrong and this may affect your friendship....

well, basicly i couldent get on for awhile. it got hacked durring my downtime, and banned..so, either i got a virus or weak security...but i got nothing better to do till SW:TOR, champions online, or DCU online come out
