Could be good. Scenery is well done.
There are some really nice scenery shots here but the NPC's and mobs are really quite average and Player characters look like my 8 year old nephew drew them.
If these things are going to change before open beta then this might be worth a look, especially if the outlines for classes, tradeskilling and combat actually live up to the descriptions.
In all though, it will just be another in a long line of EQ/WoW contenders, nothing to make it stand out in the crowd.
Would also be nice to see what they expect players to shell out for access too.
But well done to the team for creating what they have so far.

I am willing to bet you couldn't draw the characters any better...nor could your 8 year old nephew.
People are always so picky about everything with the new MMOs. Look at AoC...realistic graphics. Yet does that make the game any better? Look at WoW...crap graphics...yet does that make the game any less popular? When all you can find is the graphics in pre-beta to complain about, means you haven't bothered to look at anything but the graphics.
Personally I don't go by a games graphics anymore. I do, like most others enjoy graphics that are decent. But don't put too much worry about em. Most companies are following the WoW trail n not pushing graphics too hard. Making it so an average PC user can get in the game. Rather than a person needing to buy a new gaming rig just to try out their game.
I'm all with you here.
Give me great gameplay and good performance and I go happily along with average graphics.
