LF Game with certain freedom
Hello,
I'm looking for a new game, similar to games such as Graal Kingdoms, Renewal Online (no longer exists).
Features that interest me are:
Skills to level up.
Stats from items, most games have this.
3D or 2D, but with semi-decent graphics.
some crafting would be nice as well.
and most important, the ability to go both mage/warrior with just one character.
I hope this is enough to give an idea of what I am looking for, thanks!

I'd love to try it, but isn't it closed beta still?
Edit: I just actually looked up reviews on it and most say the game is really no fun due to slow leveling and what not. Is this just people whining like most games or is it actually true?

Okay, I looked into DarkFall quite a bit, yes I have not played it. But with the community the game has, why would anyone even want to play it? It's flaming everywhere and no moderator gives a shit about it.
Please, someone suggest a game that actually cares about their community.

Well said. If Darkfall interested you before you noticed the horrible community and drama, check out the upcoming Mortal Online.
I've never actually played either of the two games that you mentioned, but using your list of features and considering community I suggest Saga of Ryzom. And even better, if you can manage to get into the beta, there is Linkrealms.

Thanks, but these aren't really the games I am looking for. I have played most of them as well and they lack simplicity which is something I am very interested in.

Have you tried FFXI? FFXI allows to you play a combination of any of the jobs in the game, and you can switch between the jobs by going to your house and swapping. There's a ton of classes/jobs in FFXI, one of my favorites was the Dark Knight, which was a combination of a warrior and black mage (pretty fun class).
Also, FFXI has got all of the things you listed.
