Alright guys,

I've kept something in silence for past maeby 4-5 years, but I finally decided to reveal it, which I think the public deserves to know due to the zillions of threads related to Star Wars Galaxies for past couple of years.

I was using the name WiSe HeRo in SWG. For those who forgot me or do not know who I am I will give you some details. I was 2nd or 3rd not 100% sure rifleman on Bria server, which was the oldest, most populated server in SWG. I remember walking on foot doing missions before bikes or even mounts were released. My passion toward gaming been always and is still my priority in life. It was very long time, but I remember clearly the day when something that was and is still a dream to most gamers out there...I unlock the force slot, which means I mastered i think 24 professions and I had to wait i think for new patch to be able to use my jedi. Of course this was far beyond NGE.

Becoming a master rifleman, grinding 24+ different professions just to unlock was just the start and I had no idea what awaited me once I was able to wield a lightsaber. There was no doubt I was in the public attention and had many friends as well as enemies. Back in those days I was still in school, pursuing such goal, being so competitive in such popular and massivly played game clearly requires sacrifice and risk taking. So I did skipped 50-60% of the classes, even final tests, but somehow i still managed to finish high school. Anyways back to my story....

You think mastering rifleman on foot, grinding over 24 different profession was an easy, simple task? Well those who were lucky to became force sensitive PRE-CU knew what awaited em. All those 24 professions put together were nothing compared to what kind of training and trials I had to go through as a jedi. Not to mention the fact that every time i used my lightsaber visibilty went up and I quickly popped up on the terminals with huge reward tag that no bounty player could refuse...I was not chased by just one bounty hunter, but by a huge raid, both from Empire and Alliance.

I prooly went through the hardest trials because I had still no jedi skills, and bugs existed, once bounty hunter or a player slain me I lost MASSIVE EXP, and I did not vanish from the terminals. I was forced to grind and survive and as I became stronger and stronger through time I managed to learn the way of the jedi. I remember once lol, while doing missions not too far from this city I saw massive dots on radar coming on me. I was like OMFG, I get on my swoop bike asap, I ride to my house, get inside ROFL. In less than 2 min, my house was SURROUNDED...No way I could handle this number so I msged like 3-4 of my friends and after 5-10 min we made a graveyard there rofl. My house became a church lol.

Becoming Jedi Knight was another SUPER HARD task. It wasn't as simple as just grinding. I had to go through 30 unique trials, explore all planets, where I had to kill 30 super RARE creatures. I remember I had to hire players to search for these creatures. Not to mention killing em, freakin bosses. Was truly a challenging task for becoming a knight.

I became Jedi Knight, but I already said too much, Il make this short, 1-2 months from that this is what the public might interest. SWG was like my 2nd MMORPG, after Ultima Online. I was still young and unexperienced. Being a jedi especially, having such attention both ingame and on forums was something overwhelming. I remember one incident that happened....

I was leading offensive raid against the Empire at night in Naboo, main capital. I just filled the raid and we headed there. But these kids were simply not orginized, once we headed there, they split too far from each other, not listening. I was pissed we split too far and eventually became OMFG pwned, by both overts and 432423 of covert players who jumped. We all died, lost the buffs, which of course were expensive to get I log off...Next morning I am without buffs, with wounds looking for a doctor in the hospital.

Guess what happens...this friend of mine who was also in the Alliance "Munitions" his name, bounty hunter uses the /findfriend command coz SOE was so idiotic to allow such things as your friends to own you. He used detonation druid on me made me lose 35253456346435 of EXP, betrayed me, collected the reward, and on top of that posted screenshots on forum to brag about it. I replayed to the forum to him ("if" I knew where you live I would kill you) And take a guess what happens after...thats right I get suspended and after a week of review receive a perma ban from "Bruce W Economy" saying such behavior is not tollerated, for something that did not even happen ingame? ON THE D*MN forums and I clearly used the word "if" lol. 14 months I've violeted no policy, in fact I was close with the GM designed for our server, helping him with bugs, exploits that players were abusing like swoop bikes having way more HP glitch.

After over 2 years of hard dedication, sacrifice, all I worked to accomplish and just to see myself lose it in one sentance. I felt like I received a death sentance irl. The dream which I finally accomplish taken away. I was begging and apologizing to SOE, but nothing they were careless. They never also saw what i've done for the game or anything. There was no way I would ever go back to SWG and start over again and go through the same thing that took me around 1 and a half to 2 years to accomplish...

Anyways few months after that, the proof that there was GOD happened. NGE came, and with it so was its inevitable death. I strongly from then believe that everyone got what they deserve, and what happened to SOE you decide if it was an outcome of something, a way of karma for what they've caused to someone, who was once their most dedicated, enthusiastic, supporting player in their game.

I know that justice was served and I am relieved. I've read the outcry through so many forums, but what happened to me was far more severe and would be even more painful if today SWG was what it was when I was playing it....knowing Im not part of it.

I Read the whole dam story. I used to play swg, and I know how it is when no one wants to here me tell me two hour jedi vs 40+ dedicated players chasing me across several planets in a 6hr  raid to kill me. .........( I die in the end, but so do all of them alot :-p )

Not bad. Notalagia grips us all sometimes.

But.......... The post could have been just slightly shorter.

OP sorta lost me right at the beginning when he said Bria was the "oldest" server.  Hello, there was more than ONE server in the game at launch.  I was on Intrepid, also a "launch" server.  Everything else said after that was just moot really.  Oh and judging by the horrific grammer used you should have focused on school more instead of ditching 50-60% of your classes in high school!  It IS just a game!

I've read the outcry through so many forums, but what happened to me was far more severe and would be even more painful if today SWG was what it was when I was playing it....and knowing Im not part of it.

Is it just me, or is your timing a bit off?

This would worry me if you were for real.

Good God man, did you really have to quote the entire post when you were the first person to reply???

    yeah really...what were you thinking...

    Honestly dont be stupid

I agree ith the OP. Clearly he was wronged for stating a hypothetical.

This is quite obviously a perfect example of God's  awsome power and devine inetrvention. It is clear that God influenced the deva at $OE to make stupid decisions and thus causing SWG to fail, post CU/NGE. Also, we know God works in mysterious ways, and after punishing the vile malcontents at $OE,( IRL!!!11!)  persuaded the OP to sign a 4-5 year NDA.

I tip my tin foil hat to you OP, you have reafirmed my faith in God..

Wow a trip down memory lane.

Yep, I too threw away a year of my life sitting in front of my computer, 15 hours a day, hot pockets and yikes, even a pee bottle for those amazing raids that crashed the server.

Fun times, truthfuly I think ive ranted about SWGs downfall longer than I played at this point.

They trashed the game, killed the goose that lay golden eggs and learned a thing or two about MMORPG players.

Oh well, there will never be another SWG. I will never be a hard core gamer again either. Life has changed for me, a real life vs game. I do miss games, seems like fantasy is better LOL. haha I would be happier in WOW than being married and working.

    Oh well...

The public deserves to know about WiSe HeRo from the oldest server of Bria !  LOL

I love the part where you think you didn't break the forum rules, because you said "IF" before you threatened to kill someone.  Classic...

Seriously this is a joke right?

I personally like the part where this guy thinks God "punished" SOE soley for him due to his ignorance! You threatened to kill someone. what did you expect to happen?

Oh and incase you dont know, Thou shall not kill. Its one of the Ten Commandments. I'm sure God was definitely working on your side after your "i'll kill you" rant.

Do yourself (and the rest of us) a favor. Unplug your computer, pay your little brother a dollar to smash it with a hammer ( you should have no access to said hammer ), and then promptly admit yourself into the nearest asylum. Although I fear even thorazine could not help you.

Wow, i can't belive i read that whole spew of crap..... Nerd rage is lol'z.... Lets hope this was a joke, if not lets hope the OP gets hit by a bus trapped under the leaking fuel tank then lit on fire, just to be sure that he can't reproduce.

To clear the little things up tho, yes Bria was the oldest server it is the old beta server that they just rolled over into a live server.

You can get UN perma banned. I went by Asylumsghost on Gorath and due to a 542 page post on the forums me and my "raid" were unbanned after well.... having some stupid fun.

P.S. Much better way to go about getting yourself perma banned in an MMO is to "Raid" an Overt rebel wedding, kill everyone with AT-ST's and flame throwers exept the bride.... Surround the bride Knockdown + dizzy her then all proceed to spam "Circle Jerk" in chat...

P.P.S. Get yourself some help there OP as you apparently take gaming far too serious and think of it as some substitute for real life.

Not to mention the fact that every time i used my lightsaber visibilty went up and I quickly popped up on the terminals with huge reward tag that no bounty player could refuse...Not to mention the fact that i was not chased by one bounty hunter, but by a raid of 20 players both from Empire and Alliance.
I had to go through 30 unique trials, where I had to kill like 30 super RARE species that could be anywhere on the planet. I remember I had to hire players to look for these species all over the planets for me. Not to mention killing em, freakin bosses. Was truly a challenge only suitable for someone who deserves a Jedi Knight.

So someone who doesn't amount to much in life, feels that they were a legend in a virtual world that technically no longer exist?

    Yeah...all righty then.

And oh yeah....I will take fries with that BTW Wise85.

Shouldn't this drivel be with all the other bitterness at the SWG old folks forum?

Personally...I think the OP should go back to being silent for the next 4-5 years. Cause if he thinks the whole game fell apart cause he lost some exp n got banned...so God went after the devs. Well I think he needs to check into a hospital or at least a padded cell.

Word of advice, don't publicly threaten to murder anyone. Joking, hypothetical or not; keep those things private between real friends who know you aren't serious; say it in public and you've got problems. You may believe they 'shouldn't' ban people for that, but reality is they 'will' ban someone for that. Base your words on what people 'WILL" do instead of what they "SHOULD" do, you'll find yourself in a lot less trouble.

Your problem is your own mouth, you can't blame SOE for your words.
