Hi All,
After some time away from WOW checking out other games I have decided to return to the world. I left not long after installing WotLK where I had brought toons from both sides up to level mid-70’s. In all honesty, I did not immerse myself into WotLK and spent time attempting to level which makes me noobed in the expansion set so it’s back to reading manuals and the site to learn about what I missed. I have a few questions to throw out before my paycheck hits the bank and I subscribe again, hope you all can help me before I jump into the game.
1. Along the way of absence from the game I had ran across information about mounted combat, or at least I think I did (Margarita has a way of messing with the mind when playing games). Can anyone direct me to information where I can learn if this is true or an illusion in Margaritaville?
2. I am sure that many additions have been added to the game since my release, are there any that should be immediately focused upon in my return?
3. Finally, any focus points or information regarding gear/skills/new additions would be greatly appreciated. I understand that I will have to Respec my toons (Elf hunter on the alliance and Blood Elf hunter Hord).
In conclusion, I would rather not have to roll another toon in order to learn about what I have missed and willing to read about it, got a little time and plenty of Margarita mix to catch up on the latest and greatest of changes in the world.

Hi and welcome back. Its true, no matter what other games you find we always return to WoW
1) yes its called The Argent Tournament, It is located in the northern reaches of Icecrown. Its Jousting :-)
2)Sorry, not sure what would be of importance to you.
3) YES sometime back they reset the talents, Plus, for a price, you can dual spec.
It would be a good idea to read the Patch notes. Hopefully other responders will be helpful.

If you woke up breathing,
congratulations! You have another
chance.

Have you played Mass Effect or Team Fortress 2? If not, you are not ready to return to WoW. You can still try if you want to, but do so at your own risk. You owe it to yourself, man.
Vault-Tec analysts have concluded that the odds of worldwide nuclear armaggeddon this decade are 17,143,762... to 1.
Thank you, it is good to be back except that it feels a tad overwhelming to jump back into the saddle again. Obviously I am not going to pick up where I left off but it is like riding a bike (or is that sex?) things will hopefully come back fastly. Found a guide for the Argent Tournament and it sounds like fun. Still looking for the dual spec stuff, regarding price is that game price or real life price?
I started out ages ago into leather (that didnt sound right) I have learned that this crafting style was not very profitable for me. So it looks as I will need to do some reading if I want to change or...hopefully, learn that the crafting skill has expanded. Nevertheless, thank you for the info, I can always count on MMORPG.com players to lead me along a path.

Hi Palebane,
I got to tell you, I went back on just about every game I have in my closet from single player to multi-player and almost every trial game out there. My poor PC has a complex with all the downloading, installing and uninstalling commands I have ran. I will give these two games a looking at and status check. Thank you bro, appreciate the information.

Mass effect is truly a great game. It took me a little bit to get going but man I was impressed. Bioware makes great games.
I have trouble logging in to WoW anymore. If it is not a raid night there feels like nothing to do. Blizz has made the 5 mans pretty meaningless.
Try Dungeons & Dragons Online. It feels a lot like Diablo to me. There's a 10-Day Free Trial on the website.

DDO is f2p now
While i dont smoke cigarettes, i know people who do and have tried to quit. Sometimes they'll come up to me and say "Man, i havent had a cigarette in 6 days." Its funny how some of us will count the days since the last time we played wow. And the people i know who have tried to quit cigarettes never actually end up quitting.
"Man, i havent played wow in 3 weeks."
"So you wanna come join us on this raid?"
"Yeah, I guess one more dungeon wont hurt."
