Client error!!!

in Runes of Magic

 I have downloaded this game, and for some reason, when it gets to the client update, it just doesnt load

does any body know how to fix this problem ?

    it is updating, just let it keep restarting until it gets to the most recent update. it may take about an hour or so

     iv let it run over night though and it didnt move :/

    im not sure then, try redownloading
