High Res Pack

I just purchased MoM and SoA for the $10 deal and downloaded the client, after downloading I realised there is a high resolution pack. Is it possible to download only the high res, and not the rest of the game as well? I really don't want to spend another day re-downloading/patching up. I would have replied on the other thread that is similiar(DX10 greyed out), but people don't tend to read the replies

i am pretty sure if u try to enable hi rez it will download them.Thats how it worked for me at least.
What options are higher if you have the high res pack? Or how do I tell if I have it? All my settings are on ultra high, some things only go up to very high or high though.

not sure,mine is all dx10 ultra high everything
