Should run it just fine, I was using a nvidia 8300 on board video and was getting 20's-30's with detail on high.

I'm not a huge addict on eye-candy, so I will probably just run it on everything low.
But if everything runs, like you said, at medium, I'll go for that ^_^
I've pre-ordered so I'll be able to semi-test it when the next beta comes along.
I'm pretty sure it will run even better than WoW, especially when there's a lot of players around. Most of the other players have said the same thing.

I have a similar machine and I get around 50-80 fps in the wild and anywhere from 20-40 in large cities/crowded towns.
