Best continuous and integrated PvP?

Here's what i'm looking for in an mmo...

1. i can engage in pvp where i actually have a RESPECTABLE CHANCE of "winning" EARLY in my character's career. (some games have pvp, but the only time it's fun is at the level cap)

2. Active PvP can be a significant part of my player's in-game time.  (aka, I can spend 50% of my in game time engaged in pvp.  It's fairly easy to find fights)

3. Ideally there are significant pvp rewards.  ideally there is "open world" pvp.  

I've tried Warhammer online.  The primary reason I quit is because my computer sucked.  I'm prolly gonna upgrade my computer pretty soon.  The question is, should I go back to Warhammer?  What are my other options for the pvp considerations stated above?

    I'd say EVE Online should be able to provide that for you. Here's a link to a good thread that answers some questions about PvP and also answers the common question of "Is it too late to jump into this game?"

     Cool.  I may have to check Eve out.  A fair number of friends have been playing it recently.  And I've been in a sci fi mood lately.

    Anyone else wanna drop a game w/ decent pvp out there (within the above stated parameters)?
