Whats up with the Lag??

I took a break and when I came back, now I have this horrible lag problem. I think I read there was an issue with this recently. Is there a solution yet? Anyone else having this problem still?

And I just lost 2 weeks of progress due to 10 seconds of lag per 3 seconds of gameplay. This is ridiculous!
Yea, Phoenix is screwed up right now. I dont know why they have not fixed this. I dont even play my main right now because I do not want to die and loose xp.
