Just wondered what you guys, around the world, should have for Christmas dinner.
Since I am a Norwegian I'm gone have Pinnekjøtt. That the same as cured lambrib thats cooked and grilled ( not all do the grilling part though ) and its absolutely fantastic :-) With aquavite to drink of course. Totaly useless post, but could be interesting to know anyway

I am gunnahave the lips, teeth and hooves of cow grinded together into thin strips of ham and then packed as a tesco brand meat
an sum turkey.

That actually sounds very nice. My familiy personally cooks and roasts a few turkeys and makes a few gallons of mashed potatoes followed by a couple hundred thousand calories of pie.

On Christmas eve we will have cornish game hen with all of the fixn's.
On Christmas day we will be having out traditional tamale dinner. Home made beef, pork and chicken tamales with chili, onions and cheese. chips and dips.
Followed by an evening of fireworks.

I have already had enough Turkey with various recent meals with my colleagues.
I have gonna have a really spicy curry fresh from the microwave and some expensive red wine.

I wanted to make a huge rack of ribs, but my family isnt for that. I guess we are having duck or geese
Mom wants to try something new this year. I guess its better then Turkey, ive had enough of that in the past month.
