Need help with arrows

in RF Online

Ok i need some help with arrows. It seems that there aren't any NPCs that sell arrows. So how the hell i am suppose to get them? im in Accertia Empire and there never seems to be anyone trading in Accertia HQ.

    yes there is arrows

    there should be some in HQ and in 213 also the NPC next to the AH , also there should be some in outpost

    will be under weapons NPCs

     I still cant find it ..... I found the npc that sells gun ammo but it doesnt sell arrows.

    Ok in HQ you will see 3 Weapon NPCs , just speak to the NPC with the name Weapon , also if u goto outpost 213 speak to the TOOL npc , he sells arrows too , and the WEAPON NPC in Acc Outpost "1st on the list when u use teleport" has arrows too , so they all have arrows... and they will always have arrows.......
