Want to play something like Guild wars... or Diablo 2...

Just tried Dungeon Runners, which was fun, but is dying. Only one server that peaks at 250 players.

What else is out there? Need something to hold me off until Diablo 3.

DDO is doing fairly well thaese days and will be available on a free 2 play buisness model in a few more days.

This is much more action orientated than most MMO's.

This is more like TF2 and Battlefield, less like GW and Diablo 2.

    But yea, its fun.

I'm not sure I would relate Savage 2 to TF2 and BF even though they both share class oriented elements. It is a fun game but I have to ask... Their community was dying for a while, has it gotten better than seeing 2 full games at peak hours on the browser list?

I checked S2 a few months ago and it was only peaking around 200-300 players.

Okay so pretty much where it was when I left. Their new game Heroes of Newerth seems to be faring extremely well though. I can't wait to check that out, even though it's not an Action RPG. I also find it ironic that HoN is doing phenomally better than what I would consider their flagship title (S2).

You know, the graphics are mediocre, and there seems to be some framerate issues, but The Chronicles of Spellborn brings new things to the table, and it's pretty actiony as far as an MMO goes. It's worth a try if you haven't already played it considering it's gone F2P

Logged into HoN a few days ago and there was 15,000 players online.

    It will be a hit.
