Game Installation Help...Please

Recently finnished downloading a freeware game (psi-ops fyi) into winRAR format. I open the winRAR folder, select the setup executable and almost immediately get an error saying it cannot find two .dll files that are clearly in the folder. I've tried everything I can think of. Anyone worth their tech-savvy status have any helpful (as in not sarcastic and useless) advice? Thanks =]
Just tryin to pass the time until Aion/The Secret World/ World of Darkness (someday) comes out hehe

I know what you are going through. I downloaded Wurm Online and it came with some JPDL (not sure if this is right) extension that nothing on my system recognized. Then I researched it. Modify this, modify that, use regedit (yea right). So I deleted it.
Some of the off the wall crap you have to do to get a game running sometimes, it's just not worth it.
Sorry I couldnt help you out. I would recommend to move on to another game instead of playing with your system trying to make something run. You could really mess it up without knowing it.
I almost feel embarrashed asking you this... but did you extract ALL the files from the winrar achive(archives) before trying to run the setup?
