Could someone recommend a game for me? If it can fit mostly in these lines then tell me about it.
I. PvP
A. Territorial
1. Over cities w/ alliances
2. Faction vs. Faction is fine too
B. Guild vs. Guild
1. I like to fight alongside guildies against a common enemy.
C. Open Player Killing
1. If not always open then a good portion of the land reserved for it. I like feeling vunerable, it makes the game more intense.
D. Full Loot Prefered, im greedy, but can comprimise.
E. Arena/Battleground
1. I don't want the whole PvP game to be based off it but the addition is nice.
II. Soloibility
A. I like to be able to get some stuff done alone while usually being in a group.
B. Non-instanced worlds prefered
C. Raids on dungeons are cool
D. Grinding
1. I like being valuable for PvP right from the start with skill
2. I'd either not like to level for long or it not make a huge difference
III. Crafting
A. Cities
1. City building is a huge plus
B. I like to be able to craft just about everything in the game.
C. Trading
1. If there are trade routes and local banks then thats a plus
2. I guess an auction house is alright
3. Fuck just spamming my wares

mortal online
its lacking in the quests and instanced pvp you mentioned but seems to be developing everything else you want.
big open world sandbox with a huge crafting system.
Actually I said nothing about quests but if I had it would have most likely been negitive. At least doing many quests with similar problems for levels like in WoW. And I said I like open-PvP meaning fight anywhere and have no instance/rules to get in the way of killing players.

In Fallen Earth you can craft almost everything you need in the game, Plus there is PVP in the game.
Give http://forums.fallenearth.com/fallenearth/ alook and have a chat with other players that are PVP'ing in the game and see if this is the game for you

You'll wanna check out Earthrise. They've said beta has started, but no word on invites yet. It should be out early next year (they're saying the end of the year but I don't believe it).
Territorial PvP: Guilds can claim bases in conflicted areas. Bases are built around mines which are the only source of the more advanced crafting materials.
Faction: You can join one of two factions as well as many sub factions that are neutral or lie in between. As a faction begins to win, they get access to more technology. That being said, you can still shoot anyone you want, but if you're near guards (aren't too many, mostly around the main cities) you'll lose faction and be attacked.
Open PvP: Of course, the more remote areas including the conflict territories will be guard free, so you can attack anyone at will.
Full loot: Sort of. You can insure items, insured items are not dropped when killed, but the killer gets a portion of the money you paid to insure the items. So the better loot you have insured, the more money they get for killing you. Also, the very best items can't be insured, and insurance can only take place in certain towns, so it won't be too hard to find uninsured loot off of veteran players.
Arena/battleground: Probably not, Earthrise won't have instances of any kind.
Soloability: PvE will have plenty of solo content in a completely instance free world. There will be larger bosses, but you may have to other players to claim them.
Grinding: Gaining skills (the game is classless) does not really give you static increases to power, it just gives you more options. Skills unlock abilities and then add tactic slots. Slots are added to abilities and can do things like increase cost while increasing power, or transferring a stamina cost into an energy cost. So a new player probably won't beat a veteran one, but it won't be because you simply couldn't do damage. A group of noobs could probably take a veteran player.
Crafting- The aforementioned bases are constructed from the ground up. You choose where to put barriers, turrets, storage, ore refining etc. All of this is crafted by someone with the appropriate skill. Vehicles, mechs, and of course weapons, armor, etc are also all crafted by players. There are no set recipes for complete items, you build components (who's quality depends on the quality of material used in them) and the make the complete items from those components.
I have heard of Earthrise before and wasn't too fascinated but you caught my interest. It sounds cool and I will seriously check it out, thanks.

Darkfall Online if you like swords and magic, EVE Online if you like space.
Both games are full loot. Both games you can destory or take over something your enemy has. Both games have a crafting system.
The most important thing is, both are playable right now. You wont have to wait years for it to be released.
The definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.
EVE Online has received praise from both players and media on pretty much every aspect you describe except battlegrounds - none of those in EVE.

at the risk of sounding like a broken record (since i did just make a topic for it), you could try nodiatis. www.nodiatis.com/
they've been working hard on the crafting recently...for a long time, it was pretty weak, but now it's much easier to craft. there are entire skillsets devoted to crafting, artistry, and resourcefulness, all of which work together to make the final product. the crafting system is a little complicated...but those who have gotten the hang of it like it a lot.
as for pvp and clan wars...yes, it exists, but it is still under construction. anyone can duel at any time for no risk, but to go PK, you risk pretty much everything. if you die as a PK you lose everything and go back to level 1. if you get caught. and let me tell you, there is no better thrill than running like hell as every level 70 in the game goes mad trying to find you.
the clan wars are actually more or less a vital part of the game, since without clan dominance/territory, you can't activate strong runes.
soloibility is a definite plus. there's a skill that increases group exp, so it is actually in your benefit to "solo" while being the member of a group. so you still get group bonus while soloing. this is what most people do, though there are some who group from level 1 to 70.
as for trading, there is an auction house. there are also skills directly related to trading, and every time gold trades hands, you get exp for those skills. the more gold, the more exp.
there aren't exactly "trade routes" though you can get 'adventuring' exp from traveling from town to town. each time you hit a new town, the exp goes up based on your level. they are skills like gold sense (more chance for gold rushes), plunderfiend (more chance for loot), etc.
a disclaimer though - it's not a 3d game, or even a 2d game. your character is an avatar who moves around on an overland display map. so it's really low-maintenence in fights - you start a fight, and let it run, or use gems if you want to have magic.
Someone already listed it, but you could give Fallen Earth a try. I'm been playing since closed beta and I'm having fun. I really like the crafting in the game, just running around scavenging materials, quesitng, killing mobs, and making stuff.
I didn't get far in beta, only level 10, but it was enough for me to subscribe to the game. It reminds me of SWG, back in the day before they added levels, before the NGE, etc.
I really like the open world.
Give Fallen Earth a try.
Each time Nodiatis comes up I go to the site, see "Glitchless" and then quickly flee. This time I decided to actually try it out. I didn't notice anything above and beyond any other browser game, but I only played for a short while. Going to give it another go later in the week.
- RPG Quiz - can you get all 25 right?
- FPS Quiz - how well do you know your shooters?
LOL yeah, the developer calls himself Glitchless. which makes it pretty embarrassing when there actually...is a glitch...
I was referring to their 'STAEK' and 'fetapult' history.
- RPG Quiz - can you get all 25 right?

oh wow. i googled glitchless fetapult and... LOL. that's mildly amusing. now i see why glitchless is so quiet in-game and concerning patches.
I have never cared hugely about graphic quality but I like immersion in games. And it is difficult for me to be immersed for a long period of time in a browser based game like Nodiatis.
