anyone concern about aion hack?
It is widely known and used in asia about a hack which remove cooldown, and allow people to spam 7 skill in 1 second.
Basically allow you to kill mobs and players in seconds. This hack is also confirmed to be able to use on the NA server.
Though western player generally cheat less and I doubt the hack will be as widespread as in asia. No one is concerned?

As long as I don't get hit with it, i don't care. I don't even care about other people botting... Doesn't ruin my game experience.
Ah, but you're wrong. Haven't you wondered where those max level players who don't know how to play come from?
From my MMO Experience the majority of botters and cheaters originate in China and other, small, Third World countries. Personally I'm not too worried about hacks myself as I think the GMs will be pro-active in dealing with those that are reported and that players will be pro-active in reporting them.

mm yep hack exist but the most leet and hard to kill pvper out there dont cheat in fact even when other player cheat they still get beaten by pvper
so only goldseller and rare rare pvp guys cheat ,but most will skip it ,the onlu place it might be good is while leveling and farming and even then most enjoy leveling for the most part
some stuff to consider. NCSOFT does not run Aion in china they have to lease the rights to run it to a chinese based company like wow does for blizzard. So i wouldnt worry about it yet and if it starts effecting there bottom line they wont allow it for long.
Oh and on the botting comment. How would someone who plays more then 1 character legit not know how to play ? I would imagine he knows how to play better then the average person since he can sustain playing more then 1 character at a high enough level to have an advantage. Now someone botting with 3rd party software is a different story but someone botting legit is in no way a worse player just because he bots.
ive yet to see hacks yet. BUT there are bots running rampant in the game. in the one zone i counted 8 botters (one was using a multibox script with 4 character). pretty much made it impossible for anyone to do thier quests because they would auto attack any mobs and the dmg they did would let them take the kill credit.
have reported it numerous times with nothing done about it....
It may seem like nothing's being done about it. They have to investigate each issue themselves and then make a decision. They can't just go around banning people because other people say they're cheating because then I could report you for cheating and get you banned just because I don't like you (that's just an example with no true meaning behind it).
Multi-boxing=/=botting
A bot is something designed to run on it's own, it has nothing to do with multi-boxing.
If you read chinese or know anyone who read chinese you can just search for it on the web.

Warhammer have the exact same problem, it take a while, but is eventually fixed.
I'm pretty sure Ncsoft will fix it eventually. Just surprised it's still not fixed.
I would think us Westerners cheat MORE, since we suck at most games compared to Easteners. So they create the hacks over there, we improve them and use.
Also, every single game gets hacked sooner or later. Just how it is.
The hack is really worrying for me. Might be a game killer if hacks instant kill me in the abyss.

I think you have it backwards. For some games, botting IS the intended gameplay... some games even promote game bots as a FEATURE.
Multi-Boxing is basically multitasking, in the MMO world.
Because to counter your statement, someone has to show a website where GAMEXPLOITS and bots and hacks are available. If he does, he gets banned and his posting deleted.

I don't really care about potential cheating as nobody with a soul will still be playing this game in 2 months. But i found that phrase funny.

GG should be abandoned forever. If they want a anti-hack program they should make their own. GG is a joke (a bad joke). Better yet take applications from players to form a anti-hack/anti-bot team who will take a screen shot (for evidence) and then ban the offender on the spot. I would volunteer to do that....
Live GMs will always do better at preventing hacking than any program.
You can see the difference in games that are actively patrolled by staff or volunteer moderators, and games that are monitored only by anti-cheating software.
