I am having a hard time getting an answer about the new upgrade. Is it released yet? For I want to come back to this game , been away for years,but was waiting till release.

It is soon going into beta. I looking forward to the stuff they are adding. Slowly it is is becoming something worth playing.
1.31 = Christmas Patch?
