Boy that was fast. A browser-based game has already hit the Internet based on the "Balloon Boy" events that occurred in Colorado earlier this week.
Six-year-old Falcon Heene, who was thought to be adrift in an experimental helium balloon was actually hiding in his attic. News of the boy in the balloon led to a frantic chase by authorities. According toGamePolitics.com a game inspired by the events was created by three 25-year-olds: Immad Akhund, Jude Gomila and James Smith. A counter at the top of the Web site asks "How Many $$$ of Tax Payer Money Can You Waste?" Players gather rainbows and dodge seagulls for points.
Too soon?

It's only "Too soon" if he dies. Considering he was completely fine, it's ok to make a game about it. I suppose "Balloon Boy: The Game" is catchier than "My parents are a bunch of dumb fucks."
Wow.......that really was fast O_o
Honestly, the father said it was not a publicity stunt. If you ask me, i think it was. They were so used to having cameras all in there faces from the show they were on, that they want the attention back. Any normal person would just take their fame, and move on with life. I think they just want more attention than what they need. That's just what i think though.
Love never dies.
Lol that's so sad. Ppl yearning for publicity will really go to any limit to get it. Glad the boys ok though, he sucks but he's ok.

I thought the thread was going to be about this game. I guess there are at least two.
