Windows 7 install problems...

So I get my key the other day and download the game.  Only to find out that I can't install it on Windows 7.  The games tries to install Directx 9.0c and fails, and then quits trying to install...  I've been looking on their forums and the only "fix" is to install it on another computer and then transfer the installed files back.  This is so stupid.  But if the developers can't even plan ahead for the Windows 7 release then this game deserves to fail.

    It installed fine for me on Windows 7, although I kind of wish it hadn't because I was less than impressed with the game.
