Completely Heated at NCSoft

So i login to my game of choice yesterday morning to pick up where i have left off with my crafting to a screen tellin me my account is unable to login. So i then check my account to see if there is something up with billing, and to my surprise i see in big red caps BANNED..... So i checked my emails. Not 1 email from NCSoft to explain why this has happend. I had to call them wait on hold for 45 mins just for the lady on the phone to tell me she has no control and cant tell me why i was banned only that i was banned, and that she will put an email in for me for the GMs to tell me why.
I wait 30 hours and receive an email that i was banned for using 3rd party software.... This is complete and utter BS. I have not used any bot software in this game. I am a very active person in the game ALWAYS talk and very well known in my ranger chat. I also have 1.2k+ pvp kills with 40k+ ap. Im very fed up with the whole way this is being handled and how im being told that my account will not be reactivated. I sent an email back explaining this. But i highly doubt a GM will contact any in game or in ranger chat to see that everytime im ingame im fcking talking. Sorry for the rant but i had to vent as alot of time/money went into this account ($60 CE + 3 months play time) all down the drain because a few people at NCSoft got ban happy. I will completely boycott NCSoft if my account is not reactivated as i am a longtime NCSoft game player. (Lineage Lineage2 GW Exteel and now Aion)

Sorry to hear that bud, hopefully someone there can help you out.
I know they mentioned people getting accidentally caught up in the recent wave of bot bans, so its possible you were one of those people, just keep trying until they provide you with an answer that you are satisified with.
The only answer ill be satisfied with is account reactive, with my game time wasted added. Theres no need to ban a PAYING cutsomer that caused 0 problems for something they didnt do.

Have you considered asking them what software they are claiming you used? Not that I'm a pessimist but for all you know they may have banned you for some unrelated and needed application that they haven't bothered to research.
I would suggest you ask for further detail.
I take all improper banning complaints with a hefty serving of salt in general and this complaint is no exception, but the lack of communication that your account was banned is disconcerting. No matter if the ban was valid or not it is their responsibility to inform their customer that they have taken an action against you.
If they are going to claim a TOS violation then they need to state it outright and stand behind the decision.

goodluck, btw you can run a bot and talk all day and even take manual control of it without turning off the boat and do w/e. i know this because i botted to max level in aion right when it started with a spiritmaster so i never got banned. game sucked so i sold it.
2nd email i jsut recieved about 10 mins after i sent them a email.

The decision to terminate the account is final and no longer up for review. NCsoft cannot allow this type of activity within the game for any reason or at any time. Our goal has always been to provide a fair and safe gaming environment and cannot permit these types of activities in Aion.
The action has been thoroughly reviewed by our Appeals Team and we maintain absolute confidence in the conclusion that was reached.
The account will remain permanently closed and is not eligible for reactivation. There is nothing further that you can tell us that will change this decision.
At this time we must also respectfully inform you that any further questions regarding the account termination will be closed without response.

Thanks for all the "research" you did NCSoft. If any. Seriously you sent me a email back 10 mins after i sent you one. THANKS YOU THE AUTOMATED RESPONSE. They use bot software to respond. Then blame people who have done nothing that they were botting.

There was NO research/verification of you botting, you were auto flagged for whatever reason and kicked.

Bad things happen to good people sometimes. Their system has software that flags based on defined patterns. It would be nice to have them look at a specific account. to confirm, particularly if a person goes to the effort of calling them as did the OP. Regretfully, this is not the case. Thus the 1 in 100 non-botters are put out with the trash. Doesn't make it any easier on those affected of course.

the one's who sit is to make sure they don't get caught/banned by players while they're doing something else on computer, usually all legitish players who bot will be on there computer while they do it.

Umm botting is no where near legit whether your there or not. Using a 3rd party software is against the EULA or ToS.

You know sad part everyone uses a 3rd party software when they play. They need to clarify what software they claim you used. A virus Scan is a third party sofrtware after all.
Don't worry give them a couple month they'll glady re-sub you and send that they are doing this because they are good people and some bullshit. After all when they left with 1/10th of the playerbase they had on launch they'll have to get all the people they banned back.
Aion is a pretty crappy game if you ask me so in the end your not missing much. It's fun for a while (1st week) and then you figure out that this game looks pretty but really has no content and the pvp/pve is lackluster at best (better then warhammer though)
Now you know when you buy the game again you can only use that third party program for 3 months.
OP you seem to be more legit than most complainers.
That being said I still don't and probably won't ever trust your story 100% no matter what you say - there are just too many liers and botters out there - one of their strategy to get NCSoft to tolerate them is to claim that innocent people are banned.
Personally I would prefer if botters were getting suspensions, one week, one month then permaban. That way they would scare away script kiddies and gave a chance to people whose accounts may have been phished.
There have been alot of complaints about false 'botting' accusations from NCsoft. Hope you and everyone else gets this sorted out!

Besides, you say you arent going to buy the game again? As if that was a choice - unless you havent heard, people who have the same address or CC info as a banned player are flagged as NEVER able to buy an account again.
Also, running 3rd party software at all isnt the problem. It's the -illegal- 3rd party software that causes problems.
IF you were wrongly banned, then I do feel bad for you. In all honesty? I doubt you were. By your claims you had a 50 with an insane amount of AP a month ago, and even if you were lying about having a character that high, that says alot about your character and shows you have no problems with telling lies to get a reaction on these forums. Not to mention using "talking all the time" as your "Evidence" - if your talking that much it's pretty unlikely that you are actually playing at the time.
(PS - the character you linked has a the full daevonian set and nearly full golds already... coincidence?)

The subject of this topic is your account getting deleted. Which leads to the evidence that supports the fact that you are lying.
First piece of evidence is your mentioning "I have a sin" and linking that character, who was loaded with insane amounts of AP and gear.
Second piece of evidence is you claiming you havent logged on in 2-3 months, when your posting history shows you under a month old, clearly showing a lie.
Third piece of evidence is attempting to misdirect the evidence by calling me names and pointing to how many posts I have.
It's all on the subject. In court you would be deemed guilty of Perjury. The only one posting anything off subject and making any personal attacks has been you.
