I'm not sure if any of you theivery nay sayers have played other mmo titles that include theiveing, but some times you just have to band together and kill the bastards. Much like taking out the reds. Supply and demand. Too many theives(supply)=Kill the bastards(demand)
Talk sense to a fool and he calls you foolish. Euripides (484 BC - 406 BC)
The newest update of MO´s developers added a quite new feature - thievery. Although crafting hasn´t been implemented yet, taming is horribly bugged and quite a lot of terrain is still missing (the capital, for example), Star Vault has allocated its resources to thievery. Currently, every village is plagued by naked thieves who steal anything - your gear, the raw materials you need to replace your stolen gear and anything you try to take from or put into the bank. Since banks in villages are (actually, were) the only safe places for storage (unless you managed to build a house) this is a major drawback. With this update more than your stuff has been stolen: the fun of playing this hitherto promising beta is gone. Now the game is dominated by exhibitionistic cleptomaniac griefers. If you like to run around naked while stealing or if you are incurably masochistic then you should try out this massively cleptomaniac online game. Otherwise, stay away from it.
Thievery was just added. Expect it to be balanced up. So don't worry. It's beta ...
