Depends on what you like man. Its not a bad game, but its not great either. If you are used to the "Free2Play" type games that it is a pretty decent one of those. Just understand it will not be as high quality as a Pay2Play MMO (Duh).
Its more of a quest grinder than a mob grinder which is always a bit better. There are dungeons that you can start running pretty early on. And the graphics, when turned up high, look pretty damn good.
Cant comment on Real money item prices because there isnt any just yet. But yea, its worth a try, especially seeing its FREEE
Ok thnx for your information i youst need somthing to play right now cus i w8 for 2 great games A.P.B. (All Point Bulletin) and Star Wars: The Old Republic .I going to try this free mmo
Good game.. ill definitely recommend the game!

It's a random korean f2p grinder.

U surely haven't played SUN, now gtfo of this thread troll.
It is a very nice one. I am playing the dual blader atm, have made just 20 levels but from the start it is funny, challenging and very intuitive.
Graphics remember me of Cabal, skill tree is easy to understand and skill recharge very fast.
There are many quests, that carry the PC through zones, istances and some need party to be cleared fast.
Community has realized immediately the importance of the "big party" feature to kill a quest boss.
Once its dead, all party members receive the quest done, so a request for party is almost immediately accepted when in a boss camping area.
From the start some dungeons are available, funny to run, with many different classes of monsters, like normal, pack leader, elite and the bosses (named monsters).
It is sure worth a try, and its free..... but free does not mean low quality, means just that the gamer can choose moment by moment if he needs or not a powerup item...... and buy it int he very moment he needs (and wants to have a boost).
It is quest driven, not a grind-em-all game. quest reward are much bigger than farming experience.
it is same as wow, lol.... and no one says wow is a quest grinding game ... :-)
happy hunting.
Only thing i wish they would have added is a Diablo'esc loot system (random +X attributes to items etc).
I myself did like the the dark artstyle.. It was somewhat gothic but then again still too much of an anime style for my taste. The game was simple hack n slash style mmorpg. In the beta there was only one thing annoying me and that was the "out of sync" attack animations. But then again it could be just lag too.

Hello,
I love it, read my review if you are curious.

about 5/10 considering it's f2p so thats a high score then
This isn't a signature, you just think it is.
I've been playing mmo's since 2003 and i tried every major (and not only) title out there. This being said, S.U.N. is one of the few mmorpg's that got my attention and made me play it for more than 1 day. It's not "ultimate" but it's damn close, actually there are a few things that keeps SUN from being the ultimate mmo (for me at least):
1: no full loot system - although you might drop some items that are not bounded when getting pked;
2: it has a targeting system - click the target and spam the attack button and corresponding spells, but at least you have to face your target to do that;
3: gender locked classes and class locked armors and weapons;
4: 20 hours ban for killing another player - i think this applies for pking in non-battle areas;
5: can't use tactical terrain features - you can't climb on something and shoot;
6: cannot remap the controls - it has a WASD and "click on the ground and move there" system. The shortcuts and other controls are set just right but i kinnda wanted the option to change them even if there is no need to do it.
Now all those things are just minor details that even I can get used to because this game is fun.
No revolution but it is great fun. One of best f2p games.
I like this game, I've been playing since the open beta. I'm on the ijji version, which is a couple weeks behind in content to the Webzen "worldwide" version. Because of this, it is not for the hardcore MMO player as you could easily hit the current level cap of 70 in a couple days if playing 7+ hours a day. So if you play My main character is now a level 69, but I have 3 other characters I use to mix things up and try differant things in game. There is an update coming next week, which will add some more fun. Word is that the Korean version now have mounts, so hopefully we may see that in game in an update in a couple months or so...hopefully.
