Game got patched so logged in to see what improved. Here are patch notes from subscriber-only forums.
Patch 1.1.1.2100
Known issues
•Pattern Spiders will become unattackable and in some cases despawn when Frozen Blood is applied to them.
Gameplay enhancements and Game balance
•Heal over Time abilities now use correct Spellpower amounts.
•Floating text now appears on top of the character receiving a heal for the person who cast the heal
•Loot rights for monsters have been reworked in preparation for advanced group loot rule systems. For now, only people present in the group when a monster was killed will have rights to loot the items on it in a Free-For-All fashion, whether they are still in that group or not. Players who join the group AFTER the monster was killed will not be able to loot.
Class Changes and Combat enhancements
Healer
•Darkside now correctly benefits by 20% of the divine favor stacks on a target when doing damage.
•Deathwalk now adds the correct number of Divine Favor stacks when using Favor of Death.
Soldier
•Cry Havoc has been redesigned, it now increases the damage dealt by all group members by 15%. This action drains all your anger and increases the duration of Cry Havok by 4 seconds for every 10 anger past the initial cost drained.
•The Resonance buff is now correctly applied to the soldier when using epicenter.
Ranger
•Heart toxin now adds a percentage of spellpower to the damage when the Ranger is in Lifeblood Presence.
•Heart toxin correctly removing the effect if the shot misses. The action should be available for re-use immediately.
•Point Blank shot again correctly deals knockback when the shot hits.
•Basic attacks now have a chance to regenerate focus while in Predator's Presence.
•Rampage, Mash and Arrow Stab now refund half their cost when used in Protector's Presence.
•Protector's Presence now improves your physical resist by 350% of your agility. Other resistances are still improved at 100%.
Magus
•Touch of Ice now correctly reduces pushback on all spells when in Ice Affinity.
Bug fixes
•NPC movement has been improved. They should no longer run behind you when you pull them, or are in the process of fighting them. Their general movement should be a bit better too.
My experience. Rubberbanding still there, big time. Performance not improved at all. No changes to UI. Crashes slightly less, not much. Same quests still bugged. In essence, still not able to enjoy the game.
We waited a week for this? Fuck sake, my granny could do better and she's never used the internet. Here are some replies from the subscriber-only forums.
So did the missing or broken blacksmithing recipes go in with this patch?
Also, did the dawn token recipes get fixed?
Would be nice if the patch notes were a bit more detailed if the above did make this patch.
Well i just logged in and all the crafting related stuff the devs told me would be in game with this patch are not fixed or added with this patch.
The dawn recipes are still all broken/bugged and the missing/broken blacksmith recipes are mia also.
What happened between 2 days ago and todays patch that made all the above get pulled or misplaced from actually being in the patch today?
I re-ticketed some of the bs stuff that has yet to be fixed.
Were there UI improvements? What about server stability and latency concerns?
I`m trying to be objective....This is all you did? in only a 35mb patch?
I was expecting more like a 80mb patch. I bet half of this patch alone was in the correction of the exploit that made the stags go uber.
Enough said I guess.
No improvements to client performance or latency issues? I'll be categorical about this - I am only interested in continuing my subscription on the basis that the fundamental problems with game performance are resolved.
Add all the fluff and class balancing you like, just remember that finesse means nothing if people with high-end systems can't appreciate it.
Unfortunately, the fights tonight were just as frustrating as they have been all week. Mob was indeed running behind me. So I'd step back, they'd go behind again, step back, go behind, etc. Sometimes, they were zig zagging forward and back really fast while I was receiving the message that I needed to face them.
I tried combat with different mobs since I heard others say that while there were still problems, it was better than before. But no matter which mob I fought, the outcome was exactly the same and I noticed no improvement from before.
Rubberbanding is worse for me, auto attack is still turned off when it occurs, my frame rate hasn't improved, the promised UI changes are missing, and I see no real difference between tonight and last night. :-(
I want this game to succeed. I want to continue to be challenged and immersed in Alganon, but when Dev communication doesn't match reality and the issues aren't improving I have to begin to grumble.
There are also undocumented changes to Healer embraces. You can now only have one embrace running period. You used to be able to have Embrace of the Betrayer and Embrace of Wrath on the mob while having either Faith Embrace or Healing Embrace on yourself.
Embrace of the Betrayer and Embrace of Wrath are already very weak. They receive little or no benefit from spellpower and have hidden cooldowns on how often they can "proc".
Part of me understands the desire to tone down the Healer. The other part of me is watching all the variety being removed from the class. This is on top of the fact that the Channeling spec has never really had a "dual role" to begin with.
There you have it. Even fanbois posted their frustration. I'm posting this here cuz I think it's wrong to hide problems in subscriber-only forums. Also the known issues bit is meant to mock us I think. Or David Allen's still looking through rose-colored lenses.

At least they patched something? Although, I will be 100% honest with you -- never expect good performance from the game ever. Here is a hint, they say they own their own servers... they don't.
Darzin -- A Gnome in a Night Elf World
Is this the only patch they've had since launch?
3rd lol
Darzin -- A Gnome in a Night Elf World
About rubberbanding, another game I know had the same problem in beta, and it took them half a year with the help of hired experts to solve the problem. So, I would not hold my breath.
