I have a hard time picking a top favorite out of all the games listed so far. I do know that a friend of mine and I wanted to get Star fox (Star Wing over here) so bad we pooled our money bought a Superfamacom cartridge adapter and a Japanese version of the game because it didn't come out anywhere else for two or three months

I've seen in one of the site that the newly released game Might & Magic Clash of Heroes rank no. 1 at 8.4 rating. It can be played in solo mode or shared with a friend in two-player peer-versus-peer mode..this game adopts a brand new manga-style art design that is perfectly suited to Nintendo DS, This was just release last august of this year but we can see the rating that this game boomed up this past few months. I can't assure that this suits for everyone anyway...still it's a neophyte in the market.
Wow that is so weird. I was sitting here thinking about what SNES games I wanted to play tonight. I get on mmorpg.com, check General Gaming and this is the top thread.
It's really hard to choose one so I will list a few:
Earthbound Lufia 1&2 Breath of Fire 1&2 Secret of Evermore Chrono Trigger Final Fantasy 2&3 Super Punch Out New Horizons Nubunga's Ambition Top Gear 2 etc...
So many great games on the older systems. The new games these days don't even compare. It's all about the graphics now, not the gameplay.
Oh and, my favorite game ever for any console? River City Ransom for NES.
Playing - Minecraft, 7 Days To Die, Darkfall:ROA, Path of Exile
Pick one! They are both the best! Says so on the box!^

That's easy.
The Guardian Legend
Link to the past, Breath of Fire 2 and Mario cart FTW!
1 + 1 = 2... Unless it CRITS!
I'll nintendo you...
But A Link from the Past for sure.
Gauntlet
Too many good games to list a best.
It'd be a toss up between A Link to the Past, or Mario Kart; so much time spent on those two.
Breath of Fire/Secret of Mana would both get an honorable mention.
1. Super Tecmo Bowl
2. Double Dragon
3. Bubble bobble
4. Kirby!!
A Link to the Past
Kirby Super Star
Super Mario RPG
Yoshi's Island
Super Street Fighter II
FF VI
Donkey Kong Country 2
Star Fox

PLAYING: NOTHING!!!
PLAYED:FFXI, LotRO, AoC, WAR, DDO, Megaten, Wurm, Rohan, Mabinogi, RoM

Breath of Fire 1&2 are my favorites in the RPG category. Followed very closely by 7th Saga and Chrono Trigger.
Star Fox and Mario Kart tie for the best multipayer.
Brainlord for the best puzzle game.
Pilotwings for the best flight simulator.
And Mario World for best platformer.
I was never able to get into Breath of Fire 2 because it was much fruitier than the first one.
The first one was really great at the time. And then I played the 2nd and just got a huge wiff of fruityness that I couldn't handle.
A Link to the Past is probably the best game ever

The two games I played the most on Super Nintendo were Super Tecmo Bowl and Weaponlord.
For regular NES, it was probably Dragon Warrior, Legend of Zelda, and Baseball Stars.
Vault-Tec analysts have concluded that the odds of worldwide nuclear armaggeddon this decade are 17,143,762... to 1.

Thought this was for Super Nintendo games not N64?
PLaying: EvE, Ryzom

I liked Inindo and of course the few Wizardry games it published.
I preferred the Sega systems games as in Warsong/Langrisser2/and the whole Shining Force series.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
Not on the Super Nintendo but the original one here... God I have SO many good memories of this game....
