Create account error -Human Validation

Has anybody else had any problems registering for an Alganon account? It keeps kicking me out of the create account thing saying that Human Validation is required. I have checked the box and left the box unchecked. Both methods result in same error method. Thoughts?

I don't know. Try another browser. Contact their helpdesk. The latter might be a problem though, I am already waiting 4 months for an answer from them concerning a problem with forum registration.

What browser are you trying? As the person above me said, try another browser. If Firefox isnt working, try IE just for this cause, or vise versa.
The human validation requires you to enter some words you see in an image. If you continue to have difficulties send an email to support@qol.com and they will help you out with your issue.
