Hello mmorpg online! Happy Holidays! ^^

So, I was in this mmorpg site in japanese and I found a "new" game called  "Le ciel Bleu"  or  "????Online"  in japanese. I saw it was only out in Japan, but I don't have any information about the game, I would like to know if someone heard of it? when is it coming out in english and all the information you have about it, I tried downloading it, I translated the site to english but it still won't let me in, I'll keep trying.

    The level cap for CBT is 30. It's just too bad there is pretty much nothing on the english site and there isn't even a forum for it.
