I spent the last 12+ hours in a nonstop PvPfest spanning many colonies after the GD went an captured one in the middle of New Years (cheap move). We even ended all of it with revenge on the GD as we attacked New York and sprung prisoners from DeMorgans castle, while wiping out those from the factions we are warring against. Until you seen a 60+ man "fire line" of people crouching and standing in rows, holding territory, and sniping from rooftops - you've done jack.
The funny thing is though, that there were way more people online for the sides fighting, but some noobs are too self-absorbed to see the obvious ruckus in faction chat (all day) and couldn't be bothered to speak up and try their hand at *war*. I guess wandering around and thinking that mining is the only thing to do seems much more fun...
If you played this game, knowing how everything is meant to make you *deal* with other players, and yet stuck to yourself to figure things out on your own and basically not have a clue - your fault. Most people quitting after the first 2o minutes of aimless wandering don't have a clue about what you really can do. This game is not for soloers, so do not apply if you can't negotiate with other players for help or advice. Nothing worthwhile happens alone in this game, besides some good fleeing moments (and you wonder why...).

You sound like that MMORPG wanna be game reviewer that did the fake write-up on Darkfall. Now that's........nuff said.
