uhm.... what is their goal? Well, theoretically, survive. Beat the other faction, get a favorable peace agreement, maybe some land grant or money.
In game? none but the satisfaction to beat your enemey. the PvP system is, at the moment, incomplete, with just a bare-bone system with no rewards or changes implemented.
Still raids on enemy cities are a daily recurrence (even in the pve servers) and big battles do happens quite a lot, this is prolly different from server to server.

The main goal for me is : Get to lvl 60. My second goal is to get the best armor I can for a palladin. I then will max out my trade skills. I then plan to sell my account on ebay. If it doesnt sell, My plan is to gank all the horde out there, you will see me in the lvl 20-40 zone. Watch out noobs.

There isn't really any at the moment. This is an issue. Blizzard is introducing instanced Battlegrounds for high level PvP in the future (not in the game yet) and this will have towers and towns that can be conquered, and that will give it some more of a point, but currently there isn't much of a goal. There are periodic raids on enemy towns and cities, but the mechanic is designed such that if the town is a sizeable one it is very hard to hold it (the guards respawn quickly and in very high numbers). Still it's fun every once in a while.
ok well I was wondering are there like clan/guild wars?

No. It's faction-based.
Is there like bosses ? For example dragons in everquest they are like bosses.

"Sony Customer Service is like Santa Clause, people say they've seen them but they don't really exist"
Not Yet
There are Bosses in WoW and dragon ones as well, one of the lowest of the dragon bosses is Onyxia. She usually takes about 30 people to defeat her 35 to make it a little easier. There are also Bosses per say for pretty much every instance, some take large amounts to defeat as well but those are usually high lvl Instances like Stratholme, Scholomance, and Black Rock Spire/Depths.
Also PvP isn't really incomplete, it is still an option and can be carried out whenever you want to participate in destroying to defending a town. What hasn't been implemented yet is the Honor System and Battlegrounds which are not required elements to make a game PvP, it just provides a little more depth.

yes, there are bossess. they are called Elite monsters. some have even a name. You find them at all levels and they are much harder than normal monsters.
Some of these are at end of instances and some are draconic. Really big dragons. like massively big.

OK now about PvP. Lets say you enter a new PvP server. Lots of people have played this server already had have lvled quite a bit. Now you have just started and have like a lvl 1 and trying to lvl so you can beat other people. Can the higher lvl people kill you? Or is there sort of a restriction on that? When you try to lvl with a person in a PvP server can they just kill you when you guys are trying to kill a monster? How does it work?

There was a thread on this yesterday.
On a PvP server you can be attacked anywhere outside territories your faction "controls" ... in essence these are the capital cities, their immediately surrounding zone and the adjoining 10-20 zone. Beyond that zones are "contested", meaning you can be attacked at any time. So provided you stay in the appropriate zone for your level you should be safe until around level 20 (I say around because there are two 15-25 zones, Redridge Mountains and Stonetalon Mountains, that are contested zones). Yes, it will be a problem for you if you join one of the existing PvP servers precisely for the reason you mention --- a lot of higher characters who will want to kill you -- they know where your quests are and they will (sometimes) go there to kill you to prevent you from levelling so as to prevent more higher level characters of your faction advancing. You may want to try rolling on a new European PvP server if there is one available so that you are all at least starting more or less at the same time. On the PvP servers the name of the game is levelling as fast as possible so as to maximize your chances at PvP.
For armor now. If you were to choose say a warrior are there like steps in getting armor? like leather, chainmail, platemail? Or can you wear anything you want? For casting classes the robes they usually wear do they all have the same look to them? Or are there alot of unique ones?
Now I am thinking that there are some restrictions are armor but just wondering the looks of them mostly.

I don't have a signature so stop looking for one.
ok now for NPC's
Since I have played EverQuest and Asheron's Call the orginal. The one thing that they had in common is NPC's vendors in random places. Now in WoW do you have something like that? Are there vendors way outside of cities or towns. Maybe some in the middle of nowhere
