The site is alright though. We'll see how long it hangs on because torrent sites are getting taken down FAST.

Hey guys, one of the best torrent sites on the net, lokitorrent just went down. Now it just displays the message that:
"There are websites that provide legal downloads. This is not one of them.
This website has been permanently shut down by court order because it facilitates the illegal downloading of copyrighted motion pictures. The illegal downloading of motion pictures robs thousands of honest, hard-working people of their livelihood, and stifles creativity. Illegally downloading movies from sites such as these without proper authorization violates the law, is theft, and is not anonymous. Stealing movies leaves a trail. The only way not to get caught is to stop."
That was the best one left. They even shut down lokitorrents forums...

And I've been using TorrentSpy.com, tis a good site too. Also, there are many forums where people post torrents.

Just that I wouldn't think the Admin here would want stuff like this posted.
Torrents are too over-rated and popular. That's the one thing the MPAA is watching like a hawk. Lokitorrent is gone and they even tried to put up a fight in court.
Won't tell you what program I use though
. Let's just say It won't be taken down for a long time.

Whew... although Alot of the other sites that went down are back up again...
I think the first torrent site to go down was Torrentz.org but that is back up... Demonoid went down.. but that is back up.... Suprnova went down but now mininova is up....

Lokitorrent was a bad site.... if only people knew half of what they were up to, to put it basically Lokitorrent stole money from users and sold out to the MPAA. lol
