You are correct in the fact that Darkfall is not on store shelves.

As far as I know, your out of luck if you don't have/want to use a cc.

Correct me if I am wrong, but you uhm....type...as though you are not even 18.

One of the reasons for the credit card drive is (possibly) to stop children from playing this game, which they should.

You can purchase prepaid credit cards from places like CVS which allow you to add how much money you wish to the card:

I just started playing Darkfall last week and it's an awesome game - most fun I've had with an MMO in years.

Currently playing SWTOR and it's MUCH better than it was at launch.

I don't know if you are in the US or not, but most big banks offer gift cards, and are essentially credit cards with limited funds. Just make sure you have enough cash on it to pay for your subscription.

    Gift Card

yes i am 18  and im from europe....

im not going to get myself a creditcard so i can play there game..

they need to spend some time to get some payment options like evri other site does if they want me and many others to play.

Pre-paid gift cards work like credit cards but are not "credit" cards - they're cards that you add money to at the location you buy them from. It's a great way to buy things online because it's not connected to a bank account and you only add how much funds you wish. Darkfall is worth it my friend :)

I assume they have debit cards in Europe, do you not have one or a bank account? I mean, you definitely do not need to get a credit card to play a game. I'm 23 years old and have never had a credit card. But I do have a bank account which gives me a debit card and those work just as well.

sorry, you could buy the game with a gift card but you can't use it for recurring payments like your subscription to the game

again this is one of the specific things "visa" gift cards does not allow - personal experience (and even worse experience trying to get my money back) - - - maybe others do but these all seem to work the same way

Theres like 3 non-credit card options for playing the game. Pay pal is one of them and its pretty much offered every where.
