    Phone the customer service?

And if you got "hacked" it means that someone got your pw, which means you a) shared it with someone b) got trojans or similiar stuff on your computer you got from unsafe wow-related websites or c) your pw and accountname were increadibly easy to guess.

Let's play Fallen Earth (blind, 300 episodes)

Let's play Guild Wars 2 (blind, 45 episodes)

i never visit that phisy WoW related sites...

im using firewall,ad-aware live protector, and antivir...daily updated.. i think i dont have any kind of mallware in my pc.. my account name is my email wich isnt so hard or easy... and i use it everywhere... but the password was some automatic generated one like kjnwnuvl23mn i dont think that is easy..plus i didnt even type the password just copy/paste from a document so no question about keylogger either...

so the question is why a hacker would wanna use an authenticator on my account??

if i order now an authendicator it could work for my account??

One thing to remeber is that all forms of protection is reactive not proactive, so if the threat is not known it will not protect against it. And if i am not completly wrong there are malware that can read you clipboard too.

Still best way to avoid this is to get a authenticator.

Well what is your native language. Blizzard offer customer support for a few different languages or you can try to e-mail them. this will take longer tho.

Saddly the only way is to contact them. Good luck tho and i hope it will work out in the end.

Unfortunately it sounds like someone gained access to your account and then merged it to a Bnet account and added an authenticator. They added an authenticator to prevent you from getting the account back.

    Call Blizzard!!
