Just downloaded and installed, thought that it used Turbine account (have old one) for setting up login. Well started game up, entered old Turbine user/pass it says no, I click the account link at top of launcher takes me to Turbine account page, I enter same user/pass no problem, but there is no DDO listed just original Asheron's call and details about when i played that... What am I missing?

    You may want to call or email account support, but I have heard of a lot of older accounts from other Turbine games having this issue and the general fix seems to be making a new Turbine account for DDO unfortunately.
