Hey All, TY first for the Read, and secondly for any input you can give. =)

Ive Played FFXI, WOW, EQ, Maple, DFO, Mabinogi, EVE, LOTRO, COH/V, and So forth. Far to Many MMOs these days, its like Needle/Haystack Action.

What Im Looking For:

Open Skill Set! If based on Classes, much specialization.

PVP: Love it, Not a Fan of Full Loot, or Anywhere/Anytime Ganking. Balance is Key!!!!(I liked WoW PVP, I think I put balance and WoW to close together there ;) )

No Forced Grouping, unless Small Scale.. (Remembers mainly painful experiences with Raiding in Wow)

Crafting: I dont care if its an easy or tough system, what Im looking for is the worth to my Char/Gaming Exp, at the end of the Day.

Loot: Probably My Favorite System in the Looting Department , to this day... Diablo II.(Great Variance, and no need for a ton of Player Help) Being Able to Advance when I want to is nice.

Combat: I like Complexity, and Customization, but as usual Occam's Applies. I definitely Prefer 3d, and Often Play Top Down, or at Max Zoom(Out).

Graphics: Im Easy, as long as its done well, and doesnt tear, or glitch much, if at all.

Subscription: Any is Fine.

If I cant find anything Decent, Ill probably Return to Mabinogi, or EVE.

Thanks all, and best wishes to my fellow Lost.

You might like WAR but if borderlands is also a great option although it's not a MMO.

Sorry guys/gals, I forgot to add WAR to the "Have-played" section.

I played very early in WAR, and enjoyed myself, but found the game lacking. I cant really articulate why,  though.(Swordmaster, With the Right Healer Pal, I was a dominating in PVP.)

    Tried AoC lately?

If not might be worth a look at.

Give WAR a go again - they have an "endless free trial" going right now.  The class balance is quite different than you might recall.  Badlands is a good server with a high population.  I left WAR for 4 months to give Aion a go, hated it, and came back to WAR - I haven't been sorry that I did.

Also... another game with a free trial - Fallen Earth.

I've had a long history of playing MMO's and games in general and right now, I'll only pay subscription fees on two games - Warhammer Online, because I think the team-based PvP is better in that game than in any other; and Fallen Earth, which is my main MMO "home" right now.  There's PvP in Fallen Earth, but it's not mandatory.  It's a bit sandbox style, and I've heard people compare it to EVE in that aspect but in reality, it's nothing like EVE - it's its own beast, entirely.

If you are interested in a post-apocalyptic game environment, give Fallen Earth a try.  Crafting is probably better and more entertaining in that game than in any game I have ever played - I've never played a game that made me WANT to craft cool stuff for myself until Fallen Earth came out.  It's a single-shard enormous-world server; like I said, give it a whirl, they have a free trial as well.  I will say this - unless you have a top notch system, you'll probably have complaints about game performance with Fallen Earth unless you turn settings down.  I have an i7 PC with a Radeon 5850 gfx card and 8 gigs of DDR3 gaming memory, and it runs fine for me on THAT system, at max settings.  With the quad-core I upgraded from, with a 4850 Radeon, I couldn't run with settings nearly as high.

    EQ2

You said you played EQ, give EQ2 a try. It's a totally different game. The only problem I have with EQ2 is that any race can play any class (I think WoW did it best in that regard). With the newer expansions there is plenty of quests to do to play alone or with groups. I leveled up to max almost exclusively alone. I'm not into pvp, but some of the best players in the game are from the pvp server.

I forgot to mention, Ive also Played Atlantica, which I will also be considering going back to.

Comp Specs(Forgot this in the Initial)

27" All in one IMac, Dual 3.06, with 4g DDR3, and the ATI HD 4670.

I checked out Fallen Earth, and Im not a big Sci-fi/Futuristic/Non-Fantasy Games guy.

I like Melee, and Magic, but I hate Physical Ranged.. Especially Guns etc, In My MMOs.

Try out Darkfall.  it is full loot, but you would be surprised.

Join  a good guild that provides a good support network and full loot isn't an issue.
