Game looks very interesting

I just found out about this game today. It sounds very interesting. Does anyone have an update to the lawsuit from January? Did that cripple the company or no? Any good sites to check out for additional info aside from the offical one?

    About the lawsuit

     

    In short, no. It didn't cripple the company as they didn't really have to pay much money at all in the scheme of things, plus they just got a massive investment put into the game.
