Tera PVP?

 I know it says Yes to PVP in the game, but whats the PVP gonna be like?

    This is what I heard it can be false:

    The pvp is "open world" but to attack people from same faction you have to click or do something and your enemy has 10 seconds or so to prepare or run before you are free to attack him/her. 

    Sort of duel but it can't be denied =/

    There is limited detail as yet, but there will be PvP servers where there is world and PvE servers so you can flag for PvP or just quest safely.

     

    They said there will be siege warfare, but as there are no factions it will be guild v guild in the more sandbox style. I imagine there will be some scenarios or instanced team matches like WoW and GW.

     well i am much more of a fan or Guild V guild sorta PVP, so this could possibly be a cool game. idk im skeptical at this point
